This role leads the technical design of complex infrastructure solutions across the full sales cycle, from customer discovery and solution architecture to proposal development and deal support. As a trusted advisor, you will translate customer business needs into scalable, commercially viable solutions across servers, storage, networking, and AI/HPC environments. Working closely with customers, Sales, Product, and Services teams, you will help drive successful outcomes and technical differentiation in strategic opportunities.

What You Will Do:

• Lead technical solution development for complex infrastructure opportunities throughout the full sales cycle.
• Gather and analyze customer business and technical requirements to design scalable infrastructure architectures.
• Design and size solutions across compute, storage, networking, and AI/HPC environments where applicable.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities for customers and partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor during technical discussions with customer decision-makers, including senior IT and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services teams to develop competitive and commercially successful solutions.
• Support strategic bids, RFP responses, and large opportunity pursuits with technical expertise and solution recommendations.
• Enable internal teams and channel partners through knowledge sharing, solution design guidance, and best-practice adoption.

What We Look For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical advisory, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong infrastructure expertise across servers, storage, networking, and data center technologies.
• Experience designing and sizing solutions based on workload requirements, performance objectives, and commercial considerations.
• Exposure to AI, HPC, or other high-performance computing environments is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously in a structured manner.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in the local market language required according to country-specific business needs.
