Description and Requirements
The Global Strategic Channel Programs Deal Registration Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing a globally consistent deal registration process under the Lenovo 360 global channel framework. In close collaboration with the Global System Integrator (GSI) team, International Market Geographies and global business groups, this individual will collaborate with regional teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to align the currently disparate deal registration program into a globally consistent, efficient, and effective deal registration program, driving channel growth and partner satisfaction. They will also work closely with Global Process Owners and IT teams to define and drive key requirements into our partner deal registration tools. Role intended to evolve to cover future Strategic initiatives/transitions. The role will also include managing all pricing and tool related program incentives and inclusion of the GPF.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience working with pricing tools and sales program incentives
- 6+ years of experience managing deal registration programs, including process design and implementation
- 6+ years of experience in channel sales operations, partner programs, or deal registration processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MBA or related field)
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms)
- Experience in the IT or technology industry, preferably in a channel-focused or partner operations role
- Understanding of deal registration policies and global incentive structures
- Experience leading global process standardization or tool implementation projects
