We are seeking an ISO ISG Business Operations professional to join our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). This full-time role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights that support sales strategy, improve business performance, and drive operational excellence in a global environment. The position involves close collaboration with international stakeholders and requires flexibility to align with global time zones, particularly North America.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, solid business acumen, and the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations that influence decision-making and support strategic growth.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze business data and sales behaviors to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across geographies and functions
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights that guide sales strategy and tactical decision-making
• Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to support sustainable growth of ISG customers and partner base
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and automated reporting solutions using internal systems and tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and regional teams (EMEA, AP, LATAM, North America) to align on priorities and insights
• Act as a subject matter expert on sales processes, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement adoption
• Deliver regular executive-level updates including forecasts, performance insights, and growth opportunities
• Identify and drive process improvements and system enhancements to increase operational efficiency and productivity

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Experience in business operations, sales analytics, or a similar data-driven role
• Strong technical skills in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel advanced, data extraction and modelling)
• At least 3-5 years experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources across business systems
• Business or operational background (experience in sales environments or ISG/server solutions is an advantage)
• Fluent English is required (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in international or multicultural environments
