Responsibilities:

1. Demand management including long term demand analysis and short-term weekly demand verification. Drive demand accuracy.
2. Supply management including supply solution planning (supply model, logistics model), execution and tracking. Drive supply efficiency & commit.
3. Order fulfillment management including PO release, partner & internal fulfillment tracking. Drive order delivery efficiency.
4. Inventory build management including inventory build approach, warehouse management, inventory E&O/aging management, consumption management, Drive inventory KPI.
5. Supply chain process newly build and optimization to meet latest biz request. Drive supply operation efficiency & compliance.
6. Communicate with ISU BU & region sales team on demand/supply/order fulfillment/inventory build/allocation/ETA/OTS etc. related for action driven to maximize serviceability and delivery of orders.
7. Supply related terms negotiation with partners/suppliers.
8. Maintain and release demand/supply/order tracking dashboard
9. Supply capability validation for new sourcing and onboarded sourcing lifecycle supply performance management.

Requirements

1. 8 years or more of Supply chain (procurement & supply) profession and management experience working in HW, SW, Service and solutions business.
2. Experienced on Project Management, with related knowledge on solution biz & project.
3. Strong working knowledge of business matters, finance, planning, forecasting and personnel in order to manage team staff and business issues.
4. Good communication & cross function team coordination skill.
5. Experienced working and communicating in global teams.
6. Good skills on MS office tools & data analysis, good written & spoken English.
7. Passion for business and be highly self-motivated and result-oriented.
8. Strong leadership, executive presentation, and teambuilding skills.
