These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • Serve as Project Manager for TruScale IaaS projects
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and other cross business unit team members to identify projects/workstreams that need to be managed.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and milestones to achieve successful goals of projects
  • Ensure resources are assigned and coordinate workstream teams to complete deliverables and achieve milestones
  • Track project plans for each of the workstreams  
  • Be able to provide status reports, impact assessments on risk / issues and escalations in due time
  • Coordinate to resolution any day-to-day issues that prevent the teams to deliver
  • Support teams with coordination and escalations to resolve any tasks relating to delivery

Position Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management with experience leading large, complex projects in a technology company on international level (European regions / EMEA / worldwide, etc.)
  • Ability to gather data and make informed, critical decisions quickly
  • Experience in creation of project plans, coordinating resources, managing implementation activities.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (communication on worldwide level, reporting to US manager)
  • Experienced communicator with the ability to effectively inform and influence your intended audiences

Preferred Requirements:

  • PMP Certification or other Project management certifications
  • Customer facing experience
