Description and Requirements

We are on the lookout for SaaS Ops support for Lenovo's Software & Cloud Ecosystem activities, below are the job responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for specific daily tasks & trouble raise & troubleshooting handling for consistent E2E SaaS operation process.
  • Improve operation process prioritize Customer CX(Success) impacting by operation process. (Faster, smooth & simple, compliance), also work for internal improvement.
  • Maintain Catalog of Software & cloud products.
  • Strong effort & understanding to learning internal system tools of Software & cloud products, Products, and sales operation flow, able to explain to internal sales and external customers.
  • Daily handling for Order management.
  • Able to handle invoice billing, refund/adjustment control work with multiple teams.
  • Onboarding registration, maintaining work for new business partners.
  • Follow DoA/governance for pricing process improvement work with related people (finance, billing, tax, Legal, sales team).
  • Works closely within operation/platform team to improve Platform and Operation processes related to SW & Cloud Business.
  • Maintain/Create/ Optimize operation materials of internal/external for smooth & easy to understand operation in Local language.
  • Cover other countries operation work during team members are in absent/holiday.
  • Weekly report submission to team leaders.
  • Work for Adhoc request from the team leader.

Requirements:
  • 5 years or above candidates with in-depth experience in the Sales operation process.
  • Microsoft office skills - able to create reports and presentations and daily communication. (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
  • Growth mindset and can-do attitude able to challenge new issues/tasks.
  • Problem-solving and good communication skills in English, other languages are a plus.
  • Strong learning skills.
  • preferably Candidates with experience in Microsoft Cloud Services (M365 and Azure) or software.
  • Be an expert on internal/external systems & portals.
