Description and Requirements

Align with Motorola vision and policies all the carrier technical requirements, ensure compliance of current portfolio and new products (NPi´s). Open and maintain update the internal database detecting in advance any possible gaps creating and follow up until delivery the solution the change request (Cr´s) on each project.

Drive the customer homologation of new products. Identify and follow up the possible issues until the technical acceptance is complete on the assigned project 

Manage products samples, logistics, inventory, software programming and distribution to customers and internal teams.

Manage technical documentation including specification based on international or national standards (3GPP/FCC reports, LAB measurements, PTCRB/GCF certificates, NOM, Ifetel, Anatel  etc)

Analise for “new features” and secure the creation of test cases that will drive the field test units executing the test on time.  

Report, drive & escalate Software ( sw)   and hardware  issues. Work with product integration or development teams to validate fixes and porting to the sw mainline. 

Execute software maintenance releases, customers approvals and over the air (OTA) deployments.

Provide technical support for new technologies ( ie 5G, wifi 6etc)  and features trials, quality programs, coordinating with post sales units  possible  final consumer issues (NPS) , 3rd party apps, etc.

Requirements

  • Must have bachelors Electrical engineering, electronic engineering or related
  • English Advance
  • Experience of 3 to 5 years in telecommunications: it can be in telephony, networks, infrastructure, nodes B etc.
