Position Description:

The Inside Sales Rep for Distribution will assist the Distribution Account Managers to generate sales and revenue through the 4 Distributors (Also, Ingram, Tech Data and MCA Technology). This individual will work closely with the Distributor Account Manager to lead Lenovo’s efforts with the 4 distributors, maintain relationships at all levels, drive sales alignment and outcomes between the 4 distributors and Lenovo.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and cultivating client relationships as well as achieving profit and revenue objectives
  • Be a leader in building and developing processes and KPI to enable and maintain Lenovo Distributor satisfaction, operational efficiency, new partner development, volume sales, problem resolution, marketing campaign programs, and business controls.
  • Collaborate with teams of marketing managers, pre-sales, sales representatives, and purchasers at the 4 distributors.
  • Inventory management and supply chain logistics between Lenovo and the 4 distributors.
  • In charge of the integrity of the reseller database with a key role on onboarding process, deduplication decision and reseller Access to Lenovo Partner Hub.
  • Support Open Channel team on bids demand, machine loan and demo offer bid.
  • Support other Lenovo Sales teams on any needs that require involvement of distribution.
  • Build sustainable KPI Dashboard or on demand, prepare the content for the meetings including Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Work cross-functionally with suppliers, Financing, Sales, Marketing and Category teams to remove any program execution inhibitors.

Preferred skills:

  • Master Microsoft Office Suite and especially Excel and PowerPoint. Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Strong organizational, communication, and planning skills are a must
  • Interaction with EMEA different support teams required a 
  • Fluent in English and French
