Do you aspire to become part of the Southern Africa Channel and SMB team of one of the world’s largest IT companies that chooses to be different and better? We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, high potential Inside Sales Partner Manager helping us reaching our ambitious goals and becoming the driving force behind customer and partner success in South Africa.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • Execution of our Channel Partner strategy
  • Averaging of 4 hours per day pro-active sales calls and activities to existing and new Partners
  • Identification, qualification, and closing of sales opportunities
  • Collaborating with partners in demand generation and marketing initiatives 
  • Weekly status reporting, forecasting and business planning vs. target
  • Creating metric driven plans to grow Lenovo share within resellers 


You will report to the Channel Leader supporting partners in South Africa. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.

What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:

University/Higher Education (BA) Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent

Proven, successful B2B commercial experience (2-3 years) as inside sales

Channel, Distribution and/or Direct Sales competences and experience

Experience in Technology sector (preferred; PC/IT hardware, services)

Team player, can do attitude and winner 

Excellent presentation and digital communication skills

Fluent in English
