Description and Requirements


We are looking for a talent who wants to think ahead, ask questions, don't settle for the standard, and realize creative ideas. We don't want to be different, we want to be better. As our new Inside Sales Representative for Mid Market in Belgium, you will be reporting to BeNeLux Mid-Market Leader and your responsibilities will be as follows :

  • Averaging of 4 hours per day pro-active sales calls and activities to existing and new Partners
  • Identification, qualification, and closing of sales opportunities
  • Collaborating with partners in demand generation and marketing initiatives
  • Weekly status reporting, forecasting and business planning vs. target
  • Creating metric driven plans to grow Lenovo share within resellers
  • Collaborating with our EMEA Channel and SMB organization to gain support & approval for local segment strategy and growth planning

Requirements

Our new Inside Sales Account Executive is an energetic high potential with a 2-3 years successful commercial track record. You are an expert in partner management and have solid analytical and planning skills. Based on your interpersonal profile you know how to negotiate while maximizing customer satisfaction and delivering beyond customer expectations. Team player can do attitude and winner.


Required experience

  • University/Higher Education (BA) Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • Proven, successful B2B commercial experience (2-3 years), inside sales
  • Channel, Distribution and/or Direct Sales competences and experience preferred
  • Experience in Technology sector (preferred; PC/IT hardware, services)
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent presentation and digital communication skills
