Description and Requirements

  • Work closely with Strategic Account Sales managers and manage sales transactions on-ground working directly with multiple customer touch points
    • Own complete execution of all transactions with assigned accounts E2E prior and post RFP
    • Grow Customer Experience (CX) in assigned accounts.
    • Understand assigned clients and business partner’s business requirements; apply knowledge of Lenovo products and/or solutions to help clients and business partners to meet their business objectives
    • Analyze problems by using past sales experience and good judgment; collaborate with other functions or team members to develop solutions to resolve problems
