The Inside Sales Representative is integrated with the Swedish Enterprise & Public Sector organization reporting to our Sweden Enterprise & PS Sales Manager. As our new Account Representative you will be collaborating with Enterprise customers and building good relationships between them and Lenovo via the phone, email, and Teams. Your will cooperate with a Field Account Manager and work together on bringing success to Lenovo.
What will be your main responsibilities in the role?
• Acting as a point of contact of Lenovo for Sweden’s Enterprise customers
• Bid management / Opportunity forecasting
• Working closely with our channel partners
• Leveraging promos, incentive programs, offers, cooperate with marketing
• Owning relationships and end-to-end sales cycles
What are the position requirements?
• Customer-centric, flexible and creative - excellent communication skills, and a friendly rapport with customers
• Driven by working in a dynamic environment and ability to prioritize tasks as per business value and company benefit
• Previous inside sales experience in the IT industry
• Fluent in Swedish and English
