Description and Requirements

[Job Title] Intelligence & Marketing Manager

Reports To: Head of Vehicle Computing Operation

Location: Zhangjiang, Shanghai

Job Overview: Provide data driven guidance to support Vehicle Computing strategy development, product definition, business development decision making; build marketing promotion strategy and execute with the support of corporate function teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 List the essential duties required to carry out this job.

  1. Leading market study and volume analysis basing on Automotive market forecast and other necessary data source
  2. Support the building of business tragedy and business case decision making, basing on data-driven market, customer & project information
  3. Take part in internal sales data business review and provide suggestion and guidance basing on market understanding
  4. Collect and maintain competitor intelligence data base, to support business strategy and product roadmap development
  5. Build marketing promotion strategy and execute with the support of corporate marketing, communication and PR teams

Qualifications:

  1. Engineering degree or equivalent, with deep technical understanding of products and applications in Automotive industry
  2. A minimum of 8 years sales & marketing experience in high-tech industries, with at least 4 years experience in Automotive industry is a MUST
  3. Strong marketing and business acumen with strategic thinking & data analysis capabilities
  4. Strong KPI mindset and results driven
  5. Project management experience with an ability to execute multiple tactics simultaneously, with efficiency, and on budget
  6. Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines, particularly in concert with product management, sales and executives
  7. Strategic thinking and open minded on China automotive market
  8. Effective verbal, written, presentation and communication skills in English
  9. Self-motivated, willing to work under pressure
  10. Candidate is expected to travel about 20% of the time
