This is a great opportunity to Join our growing Corporate Accounts team as our new Inside Sales Representative and become part of a team that is diverse, ambitious and respected within Lenovo.


Part of Lenovo’s growth strategy is to focus on accounts within the Corporate Accounts segment whose clients include well known household brands. Using your passion for IT solutions and the training we provide you will be a significant part of this strategy. Working as an Inside Sales Representative you will have daily communication with C-level executives from large companies (250-1000 employees), which makes the position perfect for building a good network and advancing your career.

Responsibilities include:
As part of our successful end user team you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and retain several existing key customer accounts within the Corporate Accounts team
  • Directly engaging with our customers and managing indirect fulfilment through our Channel business partners.
  • Maintain established relationships within the IT Channel - end users, resellers and distribution
  • Take a consultative approach to solution selling being able to identify, quantify and close new business.
  • Identify, engage and influence stakeholders at all levels for both customers and within Lenovo.
  • Configure, quote and negotiate sales solutions as well as provide, proactively follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone.
  • You will use business intelligence tools to prospect and find new opportunities.
  • Be the first point of contact for your customers- build relationships of trust by providing proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support through intelligent conversations and becoming a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate closely with the Channel team, and their business partners to facilitate new customer leads and fulfil business deals and to deliver profitable revenue growth across your account base.
  • You will provide weekly account status reporting, quarterly performance reporting, forecasting and business planning vs target Organization.

  • Face to face experience developing and retaining a territory of customers
  • Exceptional relationship building skills – develop trust that result in sales
  • You will be tenacious and naturally curious - always looking for new ideas on how you can support and grow your territory further
  • Have the confidence and enthusiasm to present new ideas to management
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Being organised and highly motivated to deliver results is essential along with having fantastic time management
  • Experience working to and exceeding strict KPI’s and targets
  • Proficient in excel, word, outlook and CRM systems.
  • A proven track record of IT sales experience (Resellers/Vendor) would be advantageous
