Description and Requirements

The International SSG Senior Marketing Manager position will be responsible for supporting Lenovo IDG Services and SSG marketing strategy and execution - in collaboration with Segment Sales and marketing leaders and regional Services marketing teams. The role will also be involved with other marketing and training tasks, including project management, content management, and general administration responsibilities. 

The primary function of this role is to ensure that Lenovo Services and SSG is maximizing the various digital marketing spaces that are available (Lenovo.com, Lenovo Tech Today, Lenovo Partner Hub, various social media and social network platforms, etc…). The role will report to the International Services Marketing and Training Director, and work in coordination with Regional Service Managers, Global and Regional Sales and Segment leaders, and the various marketing and operational teams dedicated to Lenovo’s digital marketing presence and digital marketing experience. The ideal candidate must have the right mix of experience, interpersonal skills, project management skills and strong character to be effective as a member of the SSG IDG Services Global Marketing and Training organization. 

Examples of responsibilities: 

* Manage the creation of digital assets such as landing pages and other online material 
* Articulate the vision of Lenovo Services across different digital environments, influencing the outcome of projects and initiatives throughout the organization 
* Understand the role of SSG and IDG Services for all Lenovo business units, partners and customers, and integrate our solutions into relevant and effective digital presence and performance 
* Ensure that SSG/Services is well represented in the different forums where the direction of Lenovo digital marketing is decided 
* Have general know-how around issues such as UX, SEO, SEM, Social Media targeting, dynamic content and personalization 
* Provide clear direction to regional leaders on key programs, initiatives, best-practices, programs and priorities 

Position Requirements: 

* Understanding of the online funnel for both B2B and B2C segments 
* Experience running digital campaigns, mapping customer journeys, and reading data to propose alternatives for content optimization 
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence outcomes without authority 
* Graphic design skills to create / update / refresh content in Adobe and Powerpoint 
* Copywriting experience, ability to produce copy in English - with an eye to SEO Experience using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator 
* Solid presentation skills to produce and present PowerPoint files or other executive presentations 
* Solid project management skills to coordinate training and marketing programs 
* Ability to work in a heavily matrixed and geographically dispersed environment 
* Ability to travel internationally from time to time +/- 10% Independence and autonomy are necessary characteristics to be effective in this global role[LZ1] 

Required Qualifications: 

* Bachelor’s degree 
* Fluent English 5+ years of Marketing, Tech Services experience preferred 
* Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally is a plus
