Description and Requirements

岗位职责:
1. 负责IoT设备(如智能音箱、可穿戴设备等)的音频驱动开发与维护,基于Android/Linux内核进行底层驱动适配。
2. 完成Android音频HAL层(Audio HAL)的定制与优化,实现音频通路的配置、切换及各类音频场景的软件支撑。
3. 与硬件、声学及算法团队协作,完成音频器件(Codec、功放、麦克风阵列等)的驱动调试与验证,参与器件选型评估。
4. 集成与调试语音算法模块,如回声消除(AEC)、降噪(ANS)、语音唤醒(KWS)、波束成形等,并确保实时性与低功耗。
5. 解决音频相关的系统性故障,包括开机pop音、通路杂音、延迟异常、采样率切换失败、音质劣化等问题。
6. 负责音频性能与功耗优化,针对IoT应用场景进行唤醒率、拾音距离、播报清晰度等专项优化。
7. 编写并维护音频驱动设计文档、调试指南及测试规范,推动音频质量测试流程标准化。
 
岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,计算机、电子工程、通信、自动化等相关专业,3年以上音频驱动开发经验。
2. 精通C/C++编程,具备良好的嵌入式系统调试能力,熟悉Linux内核驱动模型与设备树配置。
3. 熟悉Android音频架构,包括AudioFlinger、AudioPolicy、Audio HAL,以及tinyalsa、tinymix等工具的使用。
4. 掌握常用外设总线(I2C、SPI、UART、GPIO)在音频场景下的应用,能配合硬件进行链路分析与信号测量。
5. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力和沟通技巧,能够清晰表达技术方案,高效协调多团队协作。
6. 有以下经验者优先:具有高通、MTK等主流手机或IoT平台音频驱动开发经验;了解语音前端算法(AEC/ANR/Beamforming/KWS)的基本原理,能与DSP算法工程师高效配合;具备低功耗音频方案(如SVA、Always-on Voice)开发与调优经验。
