Description and Requirements

Job Summary:
•    Understand Lenovo’s ThinkEdge Computing solutions and enable Customers in their IoT journey by bringing the right Edge Compute capabilities
•    Position our ThinkEdge Computing portfolio across key verticals-Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Utilities, Energy, Oil & Gas, Retail, Healthcare and Transport & Logistics
•    Build Strong Pipeline and create a strategy to forecast accurately on both Strategic & Tactical opportunities on ThinkEdge devices, IoT & AI solutions
•    Drive ISV initiatives in building replicable and scalable Designs incorporating our ThinkEdge PC’s to address high ROI use cases for OEM customers
•    Lead the engagement with key Telco players in the North American region for Joint GTM on Packaging ThinkEdge solutions & integrating connectivity layer 
•    Collaborate with Product Lifecycle and Engineering teams to understand Roadmap & enhancements and future integration of OT communication protocols
•    Work closely with Channel Partners to create an ecosystem of Edge Accelerators inclusive of Sensors, Device Management Platform, Security Layer, Solution accelerators from ISV’s, OT Vendors and Service providers
•    Add Value to OEM & Segment Sales/Pre-Sales teams by creating awareness on Lenovo’s ThinkEdge solutions and coordinate for building Collaterals, Whitepapers & Case Studies
•    Work with Hyper Scale Cloud Service Providers to address Cloud Stack Edge and IoT opportunities through ThinkEdge PC’s
•    Facilitate ThinkEdge Workshops/Webinars for internal teams and customers
•    Interface with all levels of organization including Leadership, Press and Industry analysts

Minimum Requirements:

•    5+ years of experience working with Tier 1 IT Infrastructure OEM’s to address IoT, AI & Edge opportunities in the North American region

Preferred Requirements:

•    Able to relate to OEM’s nature of business and position Edge computing as integral part of their Product Designs
•    Understand overall workflow of IoT Platforms, initiate certifications of ThinkEdge Devices on Tier 1 players and collaborate to address large bids/tenders
•    Prior experience in addressing Industrial Automation customers is an added advantage
•    Has Strong connects within the IoT ecosystem in the defined region
•    The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, adaptable, articulate, driven and passionate about their work and have an entrepreneurial spirit
•    Must be a Team Player and display Ownership of Business
