Job Responsibilities
1. Support JP sales team to provide quotation, proposal, report related operation task.
2. Respond to Distributor/BP queries via email/phone and ensure satisfaction with Lenovo practices.
3. Customize PC configurator base on spec requirement.
4. Work closely with relevant department to make recommendations for solution and process improvements.
5. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the sales operations.
Job Requirements
1. Advanced Japanese , English is plus.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
3. 3-5 years’ experience in inside sales or sales operations.
4. Good understanding of PC knowledge is preferred.
5. Ability to carry out tasks under minimal supervision.
6. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel.
