Description and Requirements


We are looking for a creative, yet analytical person to support our Lenovo ISG Development organization in Romania with operational activities and internal communications.

You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.

You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests, or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Drive internal communications to ensure deep alignment on mission and objectives
  • Extract and summarize information into the key points for communicating to the leadership team, suppliers, and employees
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for the leadership team
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms or any other shared deliverables
  • Develop presentations, briefings, messages, and videos through original contributions as well as coordinating others
  • Collaborate with the Finance team for invoice registration, archiving, and process payments as per the team requests

Job requirements: 

  • Strong English skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Previous work experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • A high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic marketing / digital marketing / social media experience
  • Bachelor Degree

You will be reporting to the Lenovo Romania Management Team.
