Description and Requirements

Lenovo Infrastructure and Solutions Group is looking for an HR Partner who challenges the ordinary and seeks to innovate and drive transformation in a growing business. The HR Partner will support the Infrastructure and Solutions Group Sales Organization and executives/managers in implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving and exceeding business objectives. This individual will deeply engage with leaders and managers from our Latin America Organization, as the focal point for HR related subjects. The selected candidate must be a fast learner and must have a proven track-record of building partnerships with all levels of employees and managers. They must have a history of implementing and executing successful HR programs across heavily matrixed and global organizations. Strong organizational agility, business acumen, relationship building, and solid execution are the key skills to being successful in this position. Roles & Responsibilities • Structural and Organizational Design: Contribute to the business strategy by helping the business leaders identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes. • Strategic HR Workforce Planning and analytical skills • Talent Acquisition • Change Management: focused on shifts to culture, leadership and management requirements • Performance Management, Career Development, Total Compensation and Rewards, Talent Reviews • HR Analytics Requirements: University Degree Advanced English proficiency 5 + years of HR experience
