Position Summary

The Junior Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring. This position ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals by coordinating tasks, facilitating communication, and tracking progress across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement order (backlog)-management improvements to make sure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Maintain accurate backlog and ship reports overviews
  • Manage delivery and financial reports and statuses of HW install orders
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, and risks, escalating issues when needed
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and management
  • Prepare regular status updates and reports for leadership
  • Support budget tracking and resource allocation
  • Organize and lead project meetings and follow-up on action items
  • Ensure adherence to project management processes and company standards

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or similar role
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Experience in IT industry
  • Data analysis and reporting skills. using Power BI

Working Conditions
