In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate the new mobile technology to our customers and you will become the new Technology Sales Engineer to ensure the quality of our products. You will report to a hiring manager based in Sweden, however you will also be a part of our wider Motorola Europe organization.

What else is awaiting for you in this job?

  • Definition of country product portfolio facilitating discussion and strategy analysis with sales and business operations teams
  • Responsible for product presentation to main channels, brand perception analysis and comparison
  • Evaluation of competitive scenario for each of the tiers, support on technical assessment of marketing material definition
  • Responsibility for ensuring the quality and completeness of customer sample submittals and milestones
  • Ensure that critical issues are addressed prior to launch. Provide regional/carrier input into RRR risk assessment
  • Facilitate Motorola development engineering staff and make sure that team is addressing the prioritized customer issues
  • Provide new carrier test cases to field engineering team
  • Assessing and negotiating product compliance to customer requirements, establishing back end product schedule, and obtaining customer approvals
  • Execution of tests of static functionality and personalization of equipment
  • On-site support in the execution of homologation tests (Static and in Movement), escape Defect Analysis with Field Test and Engineer team

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Systems Science
  • Software architecture and process knowledge
  • Knowledge of IP telecommunications networks, cellular networks (WiFi, Bluetooth, USB) and cellular communication technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, VoLTE, VoWiFi and others)
  • Basic Finance & business analysis knowledge
  • Fluent English & Polish (minimum 90% with capabilities for technical conversations)
  • Usage of cellular equipment and basic knowledge of the Android operating system
  • Knowledge of Radiofrequency, antenna theory, signal processing and electromagnetism
  • Creativity and negotiations skill to be able to speak with the customers, PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Availability to travel (approximately 20%)
