Description and Requirements

Are you an experiences sales professional looking for the next career step? Lenovo is looking for a passionate, articulate, and enthusiastic Acquisition Account Manager for our key customers in Northern Germany to win large strategic net new accounts in the commercial sector. Your will be integrated in the Enterprise Account team and will report to the Sales Manager Large Enterprise.

In this position your key focus will be on:

* Establishing relationships and securing contracts with net new customers with a focus on workplace solutions (Hardware / Service / Software / Financing)
* Identifying potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as utilizing your existing network
* Owning of the entire sales cycle (Acquisition Pipeline - Prospecting - RFP execution - Closure - Onboarding)
* Managing the Triangle Customer - Lenovo - Partner because a great relationship is key to successful business
* Utilizing internal and external resources to design a custom tailored solution that significantly enhances our win ratio while keeping the customer benefit and the business case in focus
* Developing mid-/long term territory plans that are in accordance with the all of the above and the forecasted sales targets
* Providing feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings

Position Requirements

Qualifications, Skills & Experiences
• Sales experience in the IT market with a proven track record of success and a focus on workplace solutions
• Proven ability to contact, qualify, develop and close leads
• Systematic, persistent and efficient when managing both time and accounts.
• Proficient with MS Office and sales solutions but also use interactive tools including chat, forums, E-Mail, monitoring and other web based social media to exceed customer expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English language
• Be part of a team, with best in breed execution quality
