Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Geo Learning Support Specialist is a member of the worldwide Sales Learning and Enablement team within the Marketing, Communications, and Enablement group.

This role is responsible for supporting the Geo Learning Partners in the set up and execution of Global programs, running reports on training program effectiveness, tracking the different key performance indicators, and managing the quarterly program with our internal and external stakeholders.

For this role we are seeking someone with learning technology experience and project management skills. Marketing or Social Media skills/background are an additional benefit.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

* Support the different Geographies with their programs and tools for internal and external learners.
* Document project management procedures and maintain a project plan to ensure all deliverables are on time and budget.
* Create periodic dashboard reports on each platform and tool to communicate the maturation of each system.
* Track and report on learning and enablement execution.
* Track vendor expenses against department budget forecast.
* Work with the Geo Learning Partners on communication plans for the different programs, work closely with the marketing team and with our external partners to promote the activities appropriately.


* Bachelor degree or higher.
* Minimum of 3 years of corporate project administration experience
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
* Expert knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SmartSheet
* Strong attention to detail
* Practical experience partnering and/or managing third party vendors and resources
* Travel is not required.

Position Location: This role is based out of our Romania/Bucharest or Slovakia/Bratislava office. Local candidates preferred. All candidates must have the flexibility to support international audiences from Asia through the US across the varied time zones.
