Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining the LA geo’s demand plan at the server level on a weekly basis over a 12-month planning horizon
  • Close collaboration with the ISO sales organization and Geo Commercial Manager making decisions on big deal planning, Top Choice, Storage and high-volume planning.
  • Close collaboration with the Global Supply Chain, to analyze and bridge forecasts to the supply commit to help demand shape and consume inventory
  • Coordinate with the Inventory management team to help maintain optimal inventory levels to support the geography, while minimizing MWD (Material Without Demand) and E&O (Excess and Obsolete)
  • Key contributor into the DSI (Demand, Supply, Inventory) monthly meetings
  • Lifecycle management – responsible for last time buy volumes with adherence to the BON schedule, working with the geo to consume their Left to Sell Forecast, and plan for product transitions.
  • Serviceability and compliance metrics with Forecast Accuracy being the number 1 KPI for the role.
  • Requires a high level of customer-service orientation with strong communications skills
  • Executive presentation skills are a must as you will be interfacing with and presenting to various Lenovo Executives.
