This position will be hired in any country of Latin America
As a LAS Software Manager for Lenovo’s Intelligent Devices Group, you will be responsible for managing Lenovo’s subscription products to be sold in Latin America to exceed annual revenue and profit targets.
You will work closely with key leaders in the Lenovo sales organization to enable sales teams to identify and sell cloud subscription services to Lenovo’s direct customers.
You will also be responsible to manage opportunities in strategic Commercial and Large Enterprise accounts.
You will work closely with Lenovo’s software partners in Latin America to secure funding for sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
You will insure that Lenovo’s sales teams are engaging with the partner’s sales teams in the field to software business for Lenovo.
You will work with Lenovo sales to manage subscription opportunities in CRM.
You will work closely with your WW Software team to define a segmented strategy for Software sales, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and to identify areas where additional investment may be required.
Responsibilities with a deep product expertise and a rich understanding of software products, you will:
- Manage complete portfolio of software products to be sold through Lenovo’s Management Platform
- Enable sales organizations to sell complex cloud subscription solutions into SMB, Commercial, and Large Enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with Lenovo eCommerce and Partners to coordinate offer content and messaging online
- Collaborate with Lenovo Sales and Partners to create and implement GTM strategies and activities, and align customer engagement in the field
- Join sales calls with strategic accounts around complex subscription solutions when needed, managing contract negotiation, and fulfillment of entitlements
- Represent the Lenovo Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) at Lenovo and Partner events
- Generate and maintain sales forecast and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Advances English: mandatory
- 5 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of software sales management, software for equipment: notebook, desktop, servers, all the Cloud part.
- Experience developing software sales strategies
- Experience leading teams
- Negotiation Skills
