Description and Requirements

  • Responsible for Software Sales Quotas / KPIs in NOLA (Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, BUPE)
  • Develops and executes proactive sales plans to deliver commercial goals.
  • Identify customer business problems/opportunities for Software, based on its own Product expertise.
  • Proactively seek new and develop existing business partners to support growth.
  • Work together with Marketing + Segment + Sales teams, for the development of actions that seek Solutions growth of the territory.
  • Lead commercial conversations with the sales teams in the countries
  • Develop a network of Business Partners that specialize in the sales of Software
  • Collaborate with Software Vendors to drive incremental business with customer.
  • Manages customer relationship with Key decision makers, ensuring opportunities are identified and closed.
  • Regularly engaged at customer facilities and delivers high impact presentations leveraging strong technical skills.
  • Communicates technology road maps / vision and associated technical advantages of the proposed solution.
  • Recommends product and service configurations to assist with overall system design and integration.
  • Work with core account team to create integrated, effective account plans, RFI & RFQ for targeted customers.
  • Maintain pipeline sufficient target and ensure Microsoft Dynamics is updated. Generate Gross pipeline (2 Quarters rolling)

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
    • 5+ years of relevant experience selling Software solutions (Security & Endpoint Management) to Enterprise & SMB accounts in a commissions-based sales environment.
    • Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
