Description and Requirements

For our Sales Team, we are looking for a new team member Field Account Sales Specialist, focused on new customer acquisition, who will sell Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients. You will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalog of Lenovo products and selling against the competition. 

You will champion the innovative power of our products by driving sales with key customers to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You will configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support. You understand Lenovo’s portfolio of award-winning products and will develop strategies to acquire new customers and implement the best solutions. In terms of organization - you will report to Field Account Senior Sales Manager.


What tasks are waiting for your in the role?

·        Manage sales territory and account engagements to ensure sufficient opportunities to meet and exceed quota targets

·        Build and maintain relationships with Account decision makers and decision influencers, key business partners and influencers in the territory

·        Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long- and short-term goals, objects and quotas are met. 

·        Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives. 

·        Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service. 

·        Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill their needs. 

·        Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management to reach high performance goals.  

·        Conversant in market and customer business requirements and trends for the IT & tech market and maintains market and competitive knowledge to ensure credibility with Customers

·        Understand and effectively communicate the value of Lenovo solutions to customers

·        Develop long term sales pipeline and relationships to increase Lenovo’s market share

·        Sell complex products or solutions to customers on a partnership basis. May act as a dedicated resource to one or just a few strategic accounts.

·        Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C-level by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.

·        Maintain expertise on typical budgets, objectives, measures, and metrics of the customer’s leadership team.


What you’ll bring:

·        Have knowledge of the IT industry, experience with computer-based programs, and the ability to learn and present hardware portfolios to customers. 

·        Self-confident and assertive 

·        Strong organizational and planning skills 

·        Ability to penetrate, acquire and transition opportunities 

·        Ability to learn and present hardware portfolio 

·        Excellent verbal/ written communication skills
