Description and Requirements

Sr. Sales Manager / Large Account Manager - VLE

Job objective: The sales manager is accountable for achieving the regional sales and profitability goals in the 5-6 Very large Enterprise customer space Responsibilities and accountabilities of the position:

1. Responsibilities of the position:

• Understand assigned clients and business partner’s business requirements; apply knowledge of Lenovo products and/or solutions to help clients and business partners to meet their business objectives

• Strong CXO connect.

• Experience in Software / Solution Selling / Complex project management/ solutioning is desirable.

• Currently Managing 10M$+ Business Revenue

• Account management in-depth, managing multiple stakeholders of customers;

• Identify business opportunities, achieve assigned financial/non-financial goals, and identify opportunities to increase ‘wallet share’ / Business revenue to 2X in a defined territory.

• Analyze problems by using past sales experience and good judgment; work with other functions or team members to develop solutions to resolve problems

• Under minimum direction, develop relationships which promote the understanding of clients and business partners business objectives and goals

• Understanding of the Regional Channel Business & Direct Sales

• Develop relationships which promote an understanding of the customers’ business goals and objectives.
