Description and Requirements

  • Perform daily tasks that enable an efficient receiving operation for maintaining on time receipts and put away times
  • People leadership skills to provide working direction  and oversight to 3 or more employees
  • Maintain business and personal KPIs
  • Assist Manager in scheduling direct reports to meet the department objectives
  • Must be available for holidays and weekends as needed and must be flexible and have a positive attitude towards others
  • Display a high level of maturity with team and management
  • Ability to accept ownership for results and be accountable for areas of responsibility 
  • Must have a basic understanding of SAP 
  • Strong ability to prioritize business needs
  • Ability to utilize Office applications and input data for metrics and take action to improve the metrics 
  • Past receiving experience in a fast paced environment is a must
