The North America Sales Learning & Development Team’s mission is to create the best technology sellers in the market by building the sales competencies, skills and leadership qualities of our sales organization. We build sales capabilities and effectiveness, enable our channel partners, and deliver onboarding training to our new sales hires. Working in close collaboration with our sales leadership, we collaborate across business groups to drive training excellence.
Position Details:
- Partners to deliver training for all inside sales representatives and support team members in US and Canada.
- Facilitates and program manages onboarding training for inside sales new hires.
- Maintains training curriculums for inside sales teams, utilizing Saba and video-based coaching
- Partners with the Sales Learning & Development colleagues to design, develop and deliver strategic learning offerings to support the geo’s strategic initiatives
- Works under the direction of the Director of NA Sales Learning & Development
- Reports the measured impact of a training intervention to the Director of NA Sales Learning & Development and relevant stakeholders
- Monitors, delivers, and interprets ROI metrics for business impact, adoption, utilization, and alignment
- Leverages NA Sales Training Team resources, capabilities, tools, systems, and expertise as well as those of other Lenovo training organizations to address defined business training needs
Basic Requirements:
- Degree in Learning and Development, Adult Education, Human Resources or related education.
- 3-5 experience developing and delivering learning solutions preferred.
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with all business stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong project management and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
