Description and Requirements

Job Description:

  • Work collaboratively with business leaders and HRPs to design, maintain and implement talent development strategies and programs.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs from different talent groups, enhance talent engagement through career and personal development, and provide career progression guidance.
  • Design, develop and facilitate development solutions to support targeted development and behavioral change using best practices in the market.
  • Design and implement talent assessment tools to assess different talent group's capability, identify their potentials, development needs and skill gaps.
  • Design and implement tailor-made development plans, coaching and other career development workshops for targeted talent groups.
  • Implement measurement strategy for measuring the success of talent development strategies and programs.
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the role, as needed by the department or requested by the management team.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Organizational Behavior or other relevant Management disciplines.
  • 5-7 years of experience in talent development or similar role from sizable corporations, those with experience in a HRBP role will be highly preferred.
  • Behavioral Sciences or related field education and experience preferred.
  • Project Management.
  • CN / EN Language Proficiency.
  • Strong Communication Skills  - Verbal and Written.
  • PPT Design for Executive Presentations.
  • Excel for data manipulation and data visualization.
