Description and Requirements

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • AP Focal: Serve as internal consultant and project manager for D&I strategy implementation in the AP geo   
  • Program Management: Design, execute, and evaluate diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion, belonging, and equal opportunity for all employees.
  • Metrics/Reporting: Track metrics and analyze data to identify trends, issues and/or the effectiveness of initiatives. Communicate findings to leadership.  
  • Indexes and Awards: Coordinate process for applications for global indexes/awards, such as "best places to work", by organizing stakeholders, collecting accurate information, and submitting on time. Leverage awards criteria as benchmarks and drive internal process improvements.  
  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Serve as regional focal for the ERGs by providing regular support, education, and guidance. Help to elevate the impact ERG leaders bring to the organization. 
  • Communications: Develop presentations, pull together data and information for speeches, publications, and events.
  • Partner and Collaborate: Collaborate with internal stakeholders on D&I initiatives and partner with external organizations for D&I industry knowledge.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage and educate employees at all levels, fostering an inclusive environment and enhancing diversity awareness and understanding.
  • Training and Education: Develop and deliver diversity and inclusion training programs to raise awareness, build cultural competency, and promote inclusive behaviors within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion management or a related field, preferably in a multinational organization. Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, best practices, and trends. Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire employees at all levels. Experience in delivering presentations and training sessions is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Cultural Competency: Demonstrated cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with diverse employee groups.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, gain trust, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English is required
