Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
1.Define the manufacturing processes needed to support the LVR business – including system tear downs, system builds, and test processes needed to meet Lenovo quality standards
2.Design and implement the layout for the manufacturing facility to support the LVR business
3.Primary focal point to provide technical support for onsite manufacturing resources
4.Manage all Technical aspects and KPI’s of the LVR business
5.Ensure all processes are in conformance with Lenovo’s established policies & objectives
6.Lead site improvement programs
7.Work with internal business units to understand & execute on order requirements
8.Responsible for communication of issues/information to senior management
Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT field
2.3+ years experience working in the ITAD market
3.7+ years experience working in the technology industry
4.Solid experience in hardware verification, reliability testing/engineering and components/material knowledge
5.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with people from a variety of technical backgrounds
6.ITAD Enterprise market experience
7.Sound analytical skills; good problem solver
8.Advanced Microsoft Office skills – must be highly adept with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
9.Proven ability to manage detail-oriented tasks with exceptional levels of quality
10.Ability to successfully balance multiple simultaneous demands & self-adjust to meet quick shifting priorities
11.Fluent English, spoken and written
12.Strong project management skills
13.Ability to work in a dynamic environment in which infrastructure and processes may not be completely defined
