Description and Requirements

North America Level 2 is seeking a talented Level 2 Workstation Technical Engineer for NA Service and Support.


The successful candidate will have strong PC technical skills, the ability to effectively identify and troubleshoot pervasive issues while urgently resolving customer technical concerns. 

The Level 2 Technical Engineer is responsible for managing, tracking, and resolving customer software and hardware related technical issues with adherence to customer satisfaction and resolution metrics.

Working directly with Lenovo customers, this candidate will be operating as part of a larger service delivery team consisting of Contact Center, Field Service, and Repair Depot service suppliers as well as Customer Relations and Product Engineering/Development.  

Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical. Technical experience should span both hardware and software platforms, with a solid background in mobile / notebook / tablet / desktop computing.


Basic Requirements:

  • 5 years Hardware support
  • 3 years Software support
  • A+ certification
  • Strong Problem determination skills


Preferred Requirements: 

  • 3 years Call Center
  • Android / Windows 10 experience
  • Hardware testing
  • Software testing
  • SCCM Deployment experience
