Position requires to have a good understanding of E2E Logistics processes in EMEA, especially in MEA "Middle East and Africa" Region, and how they contribute to the broader organization.
Role includes: logistics operations, cost management, project management, stakeholder management; ability to understand market trend and comply with requirements in logistics scope.
Your main scope is to  ensure smooth daily logistics operations of spare parts between EU and MEA countries, including Reverse Logistics & Import / Export. You will be part of the Logistics team, reporting to Services Operations Manager. 

These are your detailed responsibilities:
Logistics Operation
Forward and Reverse Logistics Management
Coordinate shipments between carriers and suppliers
Import / Export Support
Vendor & KPI Management
Business Management System management
Communication with internal / external stakeholders, carriers, suppliers
Network Optimization to drive the operational excellence and cost efficiency
Logistics Cost management
Costs related reports & Costs tracking
Costs forecast
PMO management

Position Requirements: 
Bachelor degree in Logistics or Supply chain
2+ years working experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (Services SCM is advantage)
Strong Communication Capability & Strong Stakeholder Management
Professional written and spoken language skills in English
Logic thinking and data analysis skills
Excellent with MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word (Able to handle large amount of data in Excel)
Familiarity with ERP (SAP) is advantage 
Team player
Ability to work under pressure
Open minded, ability to learn new processes and think outside of the box
Able to self-organize and prioritize workload

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1600 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
