This Role is to develop and improve Services Supply Chain across MEA Region in Planning and Fulfillment Areas, which are crucial for Lenovo Sales and Services. We are open to a new ideas and exciting projects; at the same time we are looking for a strong performance and experienced approach in mentioned areas.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

· Planning Operations, which includes: FSL Planning (Replenishment, Stock Levels, Weeks of Inventory, NPIs, etc), avoiding Excess and Obsolete Inventory, Stock Rebalancing, Separate Planning for Key Customers; Network optimization modelling and quantitative analysis.

· Order Fulfilment Management, which includes: Review and Follow up on Open Orders, Find alternative solution to clean up Open Orders, Root Causes Analysis and Improvements

· KPIs Management

· Partner Management, which includes: Business Management System management (MBRs, QBRs sessions with performance review), Communication with internal / external stakeholders, KPIs Management

· Reverse Credit Follow up

Organization

You will report to Non-EU Manager supporting customers in MEA Geo. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.

What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:
* 2+ years planning experience and experience as a team leader
* Excellent with MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word (Able to handle large amount of data in Excel)
* Familiarity with ERP (SAP) is advantage
