Description and Requirements

The position is responsible for driving Lenovo ISG server products global MFG test process development from concept through production, the primary focus of the position is leading and managing global mfg test NPI activities to ensure process commonality and best practices

  • Lenovo ISG NPI early MFG involvement, NUDD identification, MFG end to end test plan development
  • ISG Global MFG test process roadmap development
  • MFG test process standardization, continuous improvement& optimization
  • MFG site execution/End of quater  onsite technical support
  • Design for test, ensure product are designed minimize the manufacturing cost and align with process capability without compromise quality commitment
  • Mfg test automation/innovation

Position Requirements:

  • BS in computer Science/electrical engineering or relevant
  • 5+ years of electronic test experience, knowledge on enterprise products is a plus
  • Software program skills, Familiarity with Linux, Python, and C++
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in problem solving using data driven, fact-based, systematic problem solving methods
  • Strong technical leadership, strong hands on experience in designing and implementing process and test methodologies and practices in fast-paced environment
  • Solid experience of test plan, test strategy, test case, test execution and report, team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without detailed direction while managing sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Ability to handle a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively present information to and respond to questions from senior management, customers and employees
  • Excellent written and oral English communications skills
