Description and Requirements

Responsibilities: Incumbent will primarily focus on effective communication and roll-out of major global initiatives by developing a communication strategy and effective materials related to global reward plans, policies, processes and programs. Responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies, plans and messages through a variety of channels to engage and educate associates about the rewards programs and projects. Also, work very closely with Internal Communications team to ensure timely and efficient communications materials and presenting to leadership team or plan participants, such as, incentives, program processes, pay strategies, new benefit programs, etc. Partners with Compensation and Benefit program owners and other internal stakeholders to understand educational/communication needs and manage end-to-end development, deployment, and effective measurement of delivered communications, sometimes utilizing resources from our Internal Communications Team or external vendors. Develops and implements compensation communication plans and benefit program materials using multiple channels, working across the Global Rewards Team, HR Partners and broader employee groups as needed; communication materials may include: videos, email memos, FAQs, Manager and HR toolkits, training materials, logos, screensavers, etc. Develops strategies to effectively deploy communications, including managing communication logistics as needed; coordinates translation of communications as needed; develops and modifies compensation and benefits sections of intranet sites and works with internal Communications Team to publish content, as necessary. Leads the development and execution of global compensation program project management, aligned to HR’s priorities and overall timeline.    Participates in global benefit team project teams delivering communications activities as required. Leads the design and execution of corporate annual recognition program with the event management support from Internal Communications team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; preferred degree in Communications, Human Resources or Public Relations 5+ years of progressive responsibility in HR, preferably in Compensation & Benefits demonstrating extensive knowledge of total rewards principles, techniques and practices Excellent written, oral, interpersonal communications skills in a corporate environment Must be a strong editor, proofreader, and content creator Experience in preparing training materials, talking points, FAQs, presentations, speaker notes and other communications materials across multiple channels and audiences Excellent customer service orientation, flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player and able to handle multiple projects at once to meet tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to lead projects and independently perform assigned communications responsibilities Demonstrated experience developing impactful communications that increase awareness and simplifies technical information in a way that provides clarity to various audiences Experience developing communications globally is a plus Strong project management or program management preferred.  Ability to understand complex topics within Compensation & Benefits
