As we are establishing a One Lenovo  Channel structure, we are expanding the Nordic organization in key areas and are looking for a passionate, articulate and enthusiastic individual to drive the development of our distributors. This position can be located in either of the four countries.

Some of the most important elements in your daily work include to:

·        Be the manager of a team of 5 Distribution Account Managers (DAM) as direct reports across the region

·        Support and coach the DAM Team for execution of the quarterly plans for the assortment and stock management with defined distributors for the Commercial market

·        Initiate marketing and lead generation activities with distributors

·        Monitor the Nordic Distributors inventory in order to keep healthy and well - balanced stock levels, making sure that relevant actions are implemented and followed up upon when needed

·        Work closely with the Product management team, making sure that there is a good and open two -way communication and aligned strategies

·        Contribute to the Nordic SMB Management weekly forecast assessments and reporting

·        Together with operations, lead the quarterly target planning and deployment. Run weekly forecast meetings with the team and relevant stakeholders in the organization.

·        Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with the Nordic Distributors

  • You have sense for the details and work very structured. You are able to set a Governance model and to follow that regularly
  • You have experience of working with Distribution and Logistics from previous roles and a Commercial understanding of how they operate
  • An advantage if you have Management experience and been leading Sales teams before but not a must if you are the right person.
  • An advantage if you have experience from the IT Industry and Management relationship with the Nordic IT Distributors
  • Your native language is Local Nordic, but you are very proficient in verbal and written English.
  • Estimated number of travel days per year is expected to be less than 30 days
