Description and Requirements

The Manager, WW Solutions Marketing, is part of the Worldwide Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Marketing team and reports to the Director, North America ISG Marketing.  As the solutions marketing team leader, you will be responsible for bringing to market varied infrastructure-based solutions across the breadth of our portfolio, including servers, storage, software, and services.  You and your team will influence and drive results in a highly-matrixed environment partnering closely with internal stakeholders. Your team will help activate demand generation activities of global campaigns across the North America GEO.  A successful activation requires our sellers (direct, channel) to understand and execute a GTM plan and strategy, training, sales enablers, and compelling/differentiated content to sell solutions, run campaigns, and help drive incremental sales opportunities​. 

In addition to your people management responsibilities, you will also serve as the primary marketing liaison into segment and business units focused on Small and Mid-sized (SMB) solution offerings, messaging, enablement, customer value prop, and deliverables​. This person will develop compelling and differentiated content and messaging supporting SMB solution offerings, launches, and demand generation campaigns​​, including but not limited to customer case studies, webinars, eBooks, briefings, white papers, whiteboard sessions, podcasts and, videos.  Essentially, you are the marketing subject matter expert for the SMB domain, who formulates our marketing strategy and plan. You will need to consider and comprehend competitive offerings, market trends, customer pain points, partners, routes to market, including direct, channel, and ISVs​​ while formulating an integrated marketing plan.

Primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Overall management and leader of the WW ISG Solutions Marketing team
  • Marketing execution of ISG solutions and offerings, including the development of compelling messaging, value proposition, competitive differentiation, and Go to Market strategies
  • Develop, monitor, and track marketing success via a set of agreed KPIs, and communicate progress to executive management in monthly BMS
  • Serve as the ISG Solutions Marketing expert for the SMB market, build out a robust Go to Market Strategy and Plan
  • Conduct regular interlocks with Business Unit Leads and senior management to ensure our GTM and RTM is well communicated, funded, and approved 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8-10yrs of experience
  • Proven technical marketing experience supporting SMB(small to medium sized business)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Communications or relevant field
  • Demonstrable experience building effective GTM plans

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
