Description and Requirements

The Lenovo ISG North America Marketing team is looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn and work directly with other Integrated Campaign Team members to ensure all projects are completed effectively and efficiently, on time, and on budget. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing functions, like Field, Channel, Digital, Social, and Content Development, while learning from experienced professionals. This role will support the planning, execution, and analysis of key programs designed to drive awareness and demand for Lenovo’s Infrastructure solutions.  

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting Integrated Campaign Team members on a variety of marketing initiatives (e.g., events, webinars, content syndication, Social media, content creation, etc.) to ensure all projects are completed effectively and efficiently
  • Process documentation and improvement recommendations.
  • Coordinating and preparing presentations for internal and external meetings, including maintenance of key reference presentation files
  • Conducting Copy and Imagery/Branding compliance reviews
  • Managing asset collection, uploading, and sharing processes, including content audits and gap analysis and usage reporting
  • Assisting with procurement requests and alliance compliance review processes
  • Lead Development follow-up support: script writing, documenting next steps, customer journey mapping, and gathering feedback
  • Agency and budget management
