Description and Requirements


The marketing manager will own, define, and execute our global marketing strategy while implementing it locally. This position reports to Israel General Manager.


What You'll Be Doing :

  • Develop and implement the growth marketing strategy B2B and B2C including market segmentation and targeting, content, digital channels, partnerships, conferences, PR, etc. 
  • Brand management and increase awareness of Lenovo top brands
  • End-to-end management of campaigns
  • Develop new business marketing strategies
  • Manage Israel marketing budget and KPIs including working with alliances partners budgets 
  • Create and manage lead generation campaigns
  • Leading and analyzing sales-driven activities, such as incentive programs and joint marketing activities 
  • Channel Marketing driving the engagement strategy of business partners, retailers, resellers, distributors 
  • Report on performance of Marketing activity to senior stakeholders, to demonstrate the impact of Marketing initiatives on engagement and revenue.
     

What We're Looking For :

  • A Minimum of 6 years marketing/communications or category/product marketing experience, preferably with a PC background (or at least technology), either from a vendor, retailer or component brand
  • Good comprehension of the B2B and B2C market and understanding the channel sales model and IT/tech channel landscape
  • Fast learner; must be a taskmaster, ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
  • Experience managing projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfortable in front of customers, business partners, agencies and management
  • Creativity – drive to do things differently
  • The ability to perform independently, hands on and to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent English (written and oral) is a must.


Would be a plus but not mandatory :

  • Knowledge of the alliance funding process of Intel, AMD, Microsoft and others
  • Understanding of Gaming industry
  • Deep understanding of retailer PC business, processes, and ways of working
  • Good presentation and communication skills: able to present
