Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update rolling demand forecasts on a regular basis for Visuals and Accessories products, ensuring timely and accurate data input.

2. Integrate inputs such as sales pipeline, historical performance, promotion plans, pricing strategies, and new product introduction (NPI) schedules into demand planning.

3. Continuously enhance forecast accuracy and improve demand visibility throughout product lifecycles, with a focus on generational transitions.

4. Monitor supply and demand balance, identify potential risks such as shortages or excess inventory, and proactively recommend mitigation actions.

5. Manage inventory health by tracking slow-moving, excess, and end-of-life (EOL) items, including monitoring excess and obsolete (E\&O) risks.

6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Managers, Sales, Business Units, and Supply Chain teams to align planning activities.

7. Support promotional activities, key strategic projects, and major customer engagements by providing demand analysis and planning insights.

Job Requirements

1. Educational background in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Relevant experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Sales Operations, with demonstrated understanding of end-to-end planning processes.

3. Solid knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply-demand balancing concepts.

4. Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel skills.

5. Experience using business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, to support data-driven decision making.

6. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.
