Global eCommerce Marketing Manager - Services, Software, and Peripherals

This position is part of the Global eCommerce  4P, Strategy and operation Team. This position owns the eCommerce sales targets for Lenovo’s service, software and peripherals  sold through the Lenovo web sites and inbound contact center in all the 4 major sales regions ( NA, EMEA, AP and LAS) . This role is measured by  the sales of  those product categories  , the Key Performance Indicators include revenue, units and profit. This position will  work with eCommerce  sales team and  product team to drive right product portfolio  to achieve the sales target.  

Job responsibilities:

Attain the top-line financial objectives for  the sales of Services, software and Peripherals  in the regions by optimizing  Product portfolio,  planning,  promotion and Pricing.  

  • Product: working with product team to drive the right online product  portfolio available for sale on web
    • Analyze  sales results and customers needs to input product requirements in the product design stage
    • Forecasting  key products supply for Global eCommerce
  • Price: help determine the appropriate pricing for  Service, Software and Peripherals  in each market.  
  • Promotion:  manage work with marketing and 4P teams in each region to drive best practices in product promotion .
  • Planning : coordinate supply of key products sold  through


  • Ecommerce experience
    • 3+ years of previous eCommerce experience. Prefer experience working on large eCommerce websites.
    • Understanding of effective web design and knowledge of web marketing best practices.
    • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment where innovation is expected.
    • Able to adapt to changes quickly. 
  • People Management
    • Previous experience managing a geographically disbursed team 
  • Project Management
    • Previous experience managing large and small projects concurrently.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage many projects with different deadlines.
    • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks independently.
    • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
    • Strong self-initiative with the ability to identify areas of improvement with little direction.
    • Fine attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate end-results.
  • Communication
    • Excellent communication skills are crucial since this position will work with multiple cross-functional and external teams.
    • Possess a positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative and energetic team environment.
    • Ability to drive adherence to deadlines with many different teams.
  • Problem Solving/Analytical Thinking
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking are required to maximize results and productivity.
    • Ability to easily conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
    • Ability to analyze web metrics and make decisions based on results.
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
    • Strong analytical skills to measure, manage, analyze and report on KPIs.
