As a mobile shopping analyst, you will be largely responsible for the relationship with the sellers and marketplaces, creation of marketing campaigns and sales improvement. You will also support other marketplace tasks related to catalog of products and customer service.

We're looking for a driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills that is passionate about the digital universe and ecommerce, in particular.


Scope of responsibilities:

  • Ensure the planning, creation and execution of the marketing campaigns, always aligned with the partner plans

  • Monitor KPIs and drives improvements based on data

  • Discuss campaigns ideas with designers and approve them before release 

  • Provides constant support to partners through email or WhatsApp or even phone call, solving their doubts and bringing solutions

  • Support financial and customer service areas as required

  • Maintain and update Home page changing once a week the products and banners displayed, based on the marketing planning

 

Position Requirements:

  • Degree in Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Web Design, Ecommerce and other courses related.

  • Have previous experience 2-3 years with ecommerce or marketplace.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google (Docs, Sheets, Presentation).

  • Knowledge and experience with VTEX platform.

  • English Intermediate level
