Description and Requirements

Scope of Responsibilities:
PR: Evaluate various venue opportunities for hosting product events and media trainings both in Chicago and across the U.S. in top DMAs.

Channel Marketing: perform mystery shop actions to report on retail compliance of merchandising execution and sales rep. training programs.

All Media: Manage pre-determined dashboard and processes to identify return of media investments to sales activity. Distribute marketing assets both internally and externally to ensure products are accurately represented in consumer marketing and sales decks.

Social Media: work closely with Community Manager on social listening tools and solutions to address accolades and issues that warrant attention.

Partnerships: serve as on-site contact / Motorola representative at consumer events associated with partnership properties. Prepare such events with marketing materials and product readiness. Share prompt recap of each event identifying pre-determined metrics associated with event goals (i.e. # of attendees, lead generations, P&L, etc.)

You Definitely Are:
-Working towards a Bachelor's degree or higher in a marketing, PR or similar field of study
-Flexibility to support event activation during evenings and weekends

It Would Be a Plus If You Have:
-Initiative to take on new tasks and improve organization in the business.
-Excellent communication and organization skills (no hesitation to lead calls and provide direction to team)
-Strong interpersonal skills with colleagues and partners at all experience levels
-1-3 Business and Industry acumen
