Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement projects
  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define tasks and required resources
  • Create schedule and project timeline
  • Track deliverables
  • Support and direct team
  • Manage and monitor end-to-end projects 
  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and suggest solutions
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Evaluate and assess the result of project
  • Interact and manage third party companies (vendors/suppliers)

Position Requirements:  

  • Marketing background / collegiate studies focus preferred
  • 1-3 Business and Industry acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with sales, social media 
  • Project management and organizational skills: Takes initiative to take on new tasks and improve organization in the business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Collaborates with colleagues and partners at all levels, doesn’t hesitate to lead calls and provide direction to the team)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Analytical Thinking
