Description and Requirements

The Lenovo ISG Authorized Service Provider (ASP) program and Self-Maintainer (SM) programs respectively are exciting and strategically important delivery channels for Lenovo. ASPs are Lenovo ISG business partners that also deliver warranty and post-warranty services. SMs are Lenovo ISG customers with the technical aptitude to handle at least some of their own warranty and post-warranty service needs.

A services architect needs to have knowledge of all ISG delivery channels (IBM, ASP, & SM) as well as standard service levels, and organizational delivery capabilities, and the ability to work effectively across the Lenovo organization and with Lenovo customers and partners to connect customer requirements to Lenovo solutions using the most optimal combination of existing services combined with net-new custom solutions as appropriate.

This individual will be responsible for global and multi-geography elements of the ASP and SM programs; will have direct responsibility for the North America and CAC (Central America & Caribbean) ASP/SM program; will coordinate with and support the other geography ASP/SM teams as needed; and will work across the organization to collaborate, guide, support, and lead Lenovo, customer, and partner stakeholders as applicable in the architecting of IDG service solutions for complex, global, and other strategically important opportunities.

This role requires the ability to balance and prioritize while handling multiple items at once while having the ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and communicate concisely and effectively. The ideal candidate is able to both collaborate and delegate as appropriate to meet deadlines.

Skill Requirements:

* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to synthesize complex information into a clear straight-forward narrative for presentations to Lenovo executives and other leaders, Lenovo customers, and/or Lenovo partners.
* Understand organizational service delivery capabilities across all 3 delivery channels (IBM, ASP, & SM).
* Understand service delivery cost drivers.
* Ability to negotiate contracts.
* Ability to connect customer needs to Lenovo solutions.
* Ability to analyze large amounts of data to identify trends, solve problems, create action plans to accomplish organizational goals.
* Ability to lead and inspire a matrix and other virtual teams.
* Ability to manage multiple projects Strong Excel skills
