Description and Requirements

As part of this role, the NA (North America) Consumer Marketing Operations manager is expected to support:
•    Regular spend tracking with ISG Consumer marketing segment and leads. 
•    Ensure full utilization of the gross funds. Avoid any under or over usage 
•    Regular align meetings with alliance partners to ensure budget allocations, plans, activities etc. are on track
•    Support, if needed, on operative activities including but not limited to vendor on time payments, procurement 
•    Involvement in the daily marketing activities to understand how they operate and be able to give advice and recommendations

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • 7-10 years in Marketing/ Product experience for an IT and/or technology company; relevant experience working with, supporting marketing or consumer segment team is a plus
  • Budget management experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as the role will be part of North America Marketing team.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with both internal and external customers and partners
  • Ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time
  • Alliances budget management is a plus
  • Consumer Product knowledge is a plus
